Yoga and coaching are both invitations back to yourself — back to your own rhythm, your body’s wisdom, your quiet inner knowing.
I first came to yoga seeking physical healing, but the practice soon became something deeper — a space where I could breathe again, listen inward, and begin to feel at home in myself. That journey opened the door to coaching, which helped me unpick the patterns that had kept me small, stuck, or silent for too long.
Now, I guide women through their own process of remembering — supporting them to gently peel back the layers of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and disconnection, and come home to who they truly are.
Whether we meet through mindful movement or deep conversation, my work is rooted in body-based wisdom, inner safety, and nature’s rhythms. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where you can finally stop overriding your needs and start listening inward — not by becoming someone else, but by returning to yourself.
I’m especially drawn to working with women who’ve always felt a bit out of place — those who are highly sensitive, deeply intuitive, or quietly carrying too much. If that’s you, you’re not broken. You don’t need fixing. And you don’t have to do this alone.

Embodied Life Coaching

I’m an embodied life coach and yoga teacher – I work with women in midlife to recognise and release the deep beliefs, stories and patterns that hold them back, helping them reprogramme their subconscious and create a life aligned with their true values and desires.
Through gentle, embodied coaching and practices – movement, breathwork, meditation and somatic awareness – I help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels steady, spacious and sustainable.
Together, we create space for clarity, confidence and purpose to emerge.

My yoga classes strive for inclusion, by putting people first. With small class sizes I am able to work with you, to find the best ways to make you feel at ease, adapting poses and props to find what best works for you.

Strong Evening Yoga Flow
This class offers a supportive, embodied space primarily for women.
Occasionally, long-standing students who align with the group’s energy and ethos may also attend by invitation. - an intermediate level flow class, suitable for anyone wanting to build a steady yoga practice.
75 minutes - £11 per class in block
(£14 drop-in if space available - please check first)
THURSDAYS @ 7.30pm
Gentle Evening Hatha Flow -
suitable for beginners/mixed level
Gentle yoga for women - small, friendly, light-hearted classes, suitable for everyone from complete beginners to those that have an established practice.
75 minutes - £11 per class in block

FRIDAY MORNING CLASSES IN GROVE
FRIDAYS @ 9.30am
Mixed Level Morning Flow
This class is for all levels of yoga experience including confident beginners.
75 minutes - £11 per class in block

Gentle Hatha Flow - suitable for
beginners/mixed level
Ideal for those who have never done yoga before, but is also perfect for if you are coming back to yoga after a break, or if you are recovering from an injury.
60 minutes - £9 per class in block
(£12 drop-in if space available - please check first)
Class venue: Grove Methodist Church Hall, Main Street, Grove, OX12 7JY
(apart from Saturday morning XL classes which are at Childrey Village Hall, OX12 9YR
All classes must be booked in advance.
Classes will be for a maximum of 12 students..
Payment is in 6-7 week blocks, in advance, by Bank Transfer.
No refunds, but if you miss a class you are welcome to attend an alternative class within the same half-term if space allows.
Drop-ins may be possible, if space is available - please check with me first.
Pricing for drop-ins: £14 for 75 min class/£12 for 60 min class

1:1 classes are available by arrangement:
£70 per hour
This option may be especially useful if you are experiencing mood imbalance or recovering from an injury.

Gong Baths
Treat yourself to a moment of deep relaxation and rest!
My Gong Baths will begin with a short yin-style yoga practice, then you can simply lie back,enjoy and be nourished!
A little bit of information about the Gong.........
The gong is a sacred and ancient instrument of healing, rejuvenation and transformation. It synthesises everything so that it comes into functional harmony. To heal is to make whole, so where there is functional harmony and holistic resonance, healing takes place naturally.
On a physical level, the gong releases tension and blocks in the body. It also works deeply on the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies, cleansing and quietening the mind.
